Clients, Friends, and Family,

I hope this letter finds you well. As your independent Medicare broker, I want to take a moment to thank you for trusting me to help guide you through the world of Medicare. My role is to make sure you have someone in your corner, someone who works for you, not the insurance companies. Many of you have been with me for 5+ years and I cannot thank you enough for your loyalty and friendship. With all the Medicare changes that are taking place year over year I can confidently say that having me as your broker will save you some headache.

Medicare rules, premiums, and plan benefits change from year to year. By keeping me as your broker:

  • You’ll always have a trusted, independent resource to explain changes in plain English.

  • You won’t need to call the insurance companies and wait on hold — you can call/E-mail me directly.

  • I can help you review your coverage each year to make sure it still fits your needs and budget.

What’s Changing in Medicare

  • The Inflation Reduction Act – This law is already shaping how drug costs will look in the future. Some prescription prices are being negotiated down, and we’ll continue to see changes year by year. However, Most plans will have an RX deductible for any Tier 3 or higher medications but will have a Max-out-of-pocket (catastrophic coverage) of $2000.

  • Part B Premium Outlook – While the official premium hasn’t been announced yet, my prediction is that Medicare Part B will reach about $200 per month for the 2026 plan year. Planning ahead helps us stay ready for these shifts.

I am anticipating a BIG Enrollment Period this year (oct 15th- dec 7th AEP) and will be looking forward to speaking with a lot of you and meeting several new clients as well.

If you have family or friends turning 65, or know of those who have questions/concerns about their coverage now, I would love the opportunity to meet with them. A short conversation can save them a lot of confusion and stress as they step into Medicare for the first time. Please feel free to pass along my phone number or email.

My goal is and always has been simple: to make Medicare easier, clearer, and less stressful for you. I am a believer in Quality over Quantity! Thank you again for allowing me to serve as your trusted broker. I look forward to continuing to help you for years to come.

Warm regards,

Gregg Matheny

My Life-

Medicare keeps me plenty busy but I still proudly maintain a "family first" mindset. My wife and I celebrated 10 years of marriage recently and also welcomed our fourth child into this world. With 2 girls and 2 boys we have a minivan full of crackers, soccer balls, cleats, baseball bats, tears, laughter, and a plethora of caffeine (for me, not the kids). we have lived in Prescott Valley for about 4 years now and are excited to stay here for many more. My wife has been homeschooling for the past few years and she has been involved in our kids education every step of the way. We definitely feel verry fortunate and blessed to be where we are at in life, and we recognize that a lot of it is because of the schedule that we are able to have. So A huge "thank you" to my clients, family, and friends.
